Forevermore Event Design is a Kansas City wedding and event planning studio led by Cassandra Carpenter, with planners Paige Flanigan and Jourdan Walker. The Knot named the studio to its Best of Weddings 2026.

mediaBrilliance provides the studio’s digital media consulting: online strategy, search engine optimization and ongoing optimization of its Hostinger website. Search Console and Google Analytics were in place before the first change, so every improvement is measured against a baseline. The engagement began in September 2026 and is ongoing.

seo optimized unique titles, descriptions and one h1 per page
site optimized every call, email and social link verified
code optimized heading structure rebuilt, dead pages removed
data collected search console and ga4, test traffic excluded
site audited six pages, phone and desktop, with baselines
  1. analytics first: Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 deployed before any change, owned by the studio, with internal traffic excluded. Every change since is measured against that baseline.
  2. roadmap: priorities set with the team on Oct. 21: measurement, then audit and remediation, then a brand color and style refresh, then client portfolios.
  3. brand voice: the team’s own phrase, “expert best friend,” became the standard for every title, description and page rewrite.
  4. platform strategy: Hostinger’s builder exports content but not design, forms or search settings, so any future move is a rebuild. The recommendation: stay, and invest in the current site deliberately.
  5. team pages: a page for each planner with a bio, portfolio work and social profiles, each a link the planner can share.
  1. conversion paths: the site displayed one phone number while its call buttons dialed two others. Every button now reaches the studio, and the “Book a Free Consultation!” button opens the inquiry form.
  2. contact and social links: the email address opens a new message, and the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok icons link to the studio’s own profiles.
  3. index cleanup: two live template pages from another industry were deleted, the sitemap resubmitted and removals filed in Search Console.
  4. metadata: four unique page titles and meta descriptions targeting Kansas City weddings, events and showers, replacing one title shared by three pages.
  5. heading structure: exactly one H1 on every page, where pages had carried between zero and seven.
  1. image optimization: the homepage hero is 617 KB with about 390 KB recoverable. Recompressing it and two other photos brings the homepage from about 2 MB toward 1.2 MB on phones.
  2. accessibility: descriptive alt text for about 36 photos, which also gives three unnamed image links an accessible name.
  3. local seo: LocalBusiness structured data, a social share image and homepage copy on who the studio serves and where.
